Business Story
In2Lunch has built a loyal following for its delicious food fast, offering a wide variety of fresh, onsite-prepared options along with plenty of convenient grab-and-go choices. The business also offers a small-scale marine provisioning service, supplying products to boats, which helps boost turnover. This business opportunity comes with numerous advantages: no additional investment required, established procedures for smooth operations, limited operating hours (Monday to Friday) leaving room for expansion, and a low-cost entry, making it an ideal opportunity to become your own boss.
Tuition is your ally in this transition. The current owner is happy to provide a generous training period to help you become familiar with the business operations. This training will cover all the essential behind-the-scenes processes, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently following your transition.
This opportunity is now available because the owner has taken on too many commitments. While they enjoy running the café, motherhood and managing another time-consuming business is preventing the café from reaching its full earning potential. It truly needs an owner-operator to thrive.
This is an ideal setup for enthusiastic buyer as an owner operator looking to enter a turnkey hospitality industry business. If this prospect intrigues you, reach out and contact us today for more information. We are here to support you in exploring this exciting business venture.

Phil started his working career in purchasing with large and multi-national companies in Sydney.
A family relocation to Bowen in 1974 was the catalyst to owning his own business.
Phil has been in various businesses from Pest Control to Delicatessen/Takeaway and has for the last 39 years built a wholesale business that has served Bowen, Whitsundays, Mackay and the Coalfields, from 1 truck and himself to 6 trucks and 15 employees.
This has given Phil a very solid knowledge of the area from Bowen to Rockhampton and what it takes to thrive in business there.
Phil has a strong knowledge of business and business practices built through the process of growing his own business as well as time spent on State Franchise Council and dealing with the many changing government policies in those 39 years.
The process of selling his own business has shown Phil the real need for a locally based business broker, easily contacted and heavily focused on the Central Queensland area, which has led to his involvement in CQ Business Brokers.
